The scheduled upgrade of our authentication infrastructure was completed successfully at 20:20 CEST, well within the announced maintenance window. The four authentication clusters were upgraded sequentially between 18:07 and 19:39 CEST. During its cluster's upgrade, each tenant experienced a single temporary interruption of the login service (between 10 and 24 minutes); active sessions were not affected. All post-upgrade verifications passed

We will be performing a security upgrade of our authentication service during this maintenance window. New logins may be unavailable for approximately 15–20 minutes at some point during the window. Users who are already logged in will not be affected, and all platform content remains available throughout the window. This upgrade also allows us to restore the self-service password recovery feature, which was temporarily disabled as a precautionary security measure on August 25 (see the related incident). We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
